Built on a traditional malt-forward foundation, Sunstead is brewed with Pilsner and Vienna malts and French Aramis hops for a smooth, balanced pour. With a soft body and lightly toasted, bready malt character, floral and gentle citrus notes from the hops lift the finish, creating a clean, approachable lager meant for easy drinking.

Double Dry Hopped M-43 is classic M-43 pushed to its limits. Built on Calypso, Simcoe, Citra, and Amarillo hops, this version amplifies the citrus and tropical notes of pineapple, mango, and grapefruit with even more intensity from additional hops added well after fermentation. The result is a huge, yet surprisingly delicate aroma backed by a soft, pillowy mouthfeel and a bolder hop impact.

Back with a refined recipe and balanced flavors, Solace Black Lager is surprisingly delicate and easy to drink, even though at first it appears dark and heavy. Its palate has a hint of caramel roastiness, while the aroma carries a smooth blend of cinnamon, orange, and a hint of speculoos cookie.

With its dark golden hue, Revenant Joe is a spirited tribute that brings the flavors of a dark stout to life, using quality cacao and locally roasted coffee from Ollie’s Coffee in Owosso. Bold and malty, it features deep, inviting notes of chocolate and coffee that linger from the first aroma to the last sip.

Ten Penny Bit is a smooth, malt-forward Scottish Ale brewed cool for a clean profile. Dark in color but light in character, it’s well-rounded and easy-drinking with modest ABV. Skipping the fruity notes of English styles, it’s rich with caramel, biscuit, and fresh-baked bread—a nod to Scotland’s tradition of “table beers” and beer’s most essential ingredient. The Haze is not from yeast, but rather from an interplay of lipids from the malted oat and oils and acids which naturally occur in the hand-selected Dry hops. This beer is a perfect interplay between top-grade malt and hops, MI water, and a brewing technique that cannot be faked.

B-43 is a crisp, clear, dry IPA with the same hop recipe as M-43. If you’re looking for a low-carb, full-flavored beer, this is it! Three grams of carbs per pint. No residual sugar, and 7% ABV. If you are like us and want to give your guests a low-carb option in a full-flavored beer, put down the seltzer and pick up a B-43.
